Delivery Options



FREE - Complimentary Domestic Delivery for All Products

Commercial Setting - Loading dock and sufficient personnel to unload all items from delivery truck at time of driver’s arrival. Driver is not required to unload. Tailgate delivery only. Moving the furniture to its destination is not included. 

Residential Setting - Must be a small package item (chairs or accessories). If not a chair or accessory, you must select an option that includes unloading it.

$75.00 - Domestic Delivery of Parcel, Freight, or Bulk Shipments with Ground Level Drop Off

Commercial Setting - Dock delivery and unload OR drop off to ground level garage or front/back door.

Residential Setting - Drop off delivery to ground level front/back door or garage.    

Additional $25.00 for scheduled delivery appointment.

All delivery times are Monday through Friday.

$220.00 - We will deliver your items to your room of choice on the first floor - or any floor with an elevator (for carry-ups please call us)

Commercial Setting - Inside delivery to room of choice, first floor - or above with an elevator.

QUOTED - Based on individual project and installation requirements. We will unload, build, place your furniture into its place, and then clean up. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and watch your office space concept become a reality!


Our nationwide network of professional installers will deliver, set-up, and place your furniture. This service includes removal and recycling of all packing materials. Stellar will take care of everything through this ultimate concierge service.






Lead times vary on the manufacturer as well as the product/s ordered. For small packages delivered by UPS and other small package carriers, please allow 1 week for transit time. On white-glove deliveries, please allow at least 2 weeks for transit time as our installers must unload the product/s from the manufacturer's trucks and then re-load them onto their own trucks so that they can bring it to you. Some products may experience extended lead times due to 2021's supply chain shortage, so we will be in contact with you if your orders lead time is unexpectedly long.

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgment giving you an approximate delivery date. If it is a small package carrier, you will receive a tracking number. If it is a Stellar Basic or up delivery, you will be contacted beforehand to schedule an appropriate time and day for delivery. If it is not a Stellar Basic nor a small package, please make sure someone is able to unload the product/s Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
