TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

DAMAGES

 

Visible, external damage must be reported before you sign off on acceptance of the package(s) or shipment.

 

Purchasers should carefully examine the package(s) and identify any severe external damage that could affect the contents. If visible, external damage is present:

 

  • Sign for the package(s), notating “received damaged, subject to inspection” on the receiving paperwork. Include specific information such as “cardboard torn,” “carton crushed,” and/or “contents visible.”

 

  • Take clear photos of the external damage and exactly how it was received.

 

 

Hidden, internal damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Upon unboxing, Purchasers should carefully examine the contents and identify any damages. If internal damage is present:

 

  • Take clear photos of the damage, and exactly how it was received. Include clear images that were taken up close and up to three feet away.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

 

Cancellations will only be considered on orders placed within the prior five business days. Cancellations and or requests for returns after five business days will not be accepted.

 

Cancellations require written authorization. If your order has been processed and is either ready for shipment or has left the premises, cancellation or refusal of a shipment will result in a cancellation fee. Backordered goods must be canceled within 48 business hours of order acknowledgment, or it will be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary based on item and quantity. Contact Stellar Office Furniture immediately if you require the cancellation of an acknowledged order.

 

Returns require written authorization. All returns are subject to restocking fees and return freight costs. No credits are given on outbound freight. Returns can only be considered on “in-stock items.” Goods returned without written authorization will not be credited. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. No returns are authorized for “special orders.”

 

The product must be returned in original packaging and as received. Stellar Office Furniture or its shipper are not responsible for insufficient packaging. Return requests can be submitted to: support@stellarofficefurniture.com

 

Due to monitor calibration differences and space limitations, any color selections may not be truly represented. Please request a free color sample to accurately represent the finished piece.

 

We highly recommend all of our customers who want to match their existing office furniture’s color request a color sample before purchasing.

Packages that ship via Small Package Carrier are always shipped at no charge.

  • Over $4,999 Order Subtotal – Ships Free (Always)
  • Under $4,999 Order Subtotal with commercial-height loading dock, and room for 52-ft tractor, and personnel to unload truck – Ships Free (Always)
  • Under $4,999 Order Subtotal with no loading dock, or room for 52-tractor, or personnel to unload truck – $300

Assembly:

Our White-Glove Assembly is a separate, quoted service. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect our assembly service to be 10-15% of the total, but it may be more or less depending on the circumstances.
