Reception Desks

Reception desks are the first piece of furniture a visitor sees: a desk with a raised transaction top, a shelf on the visitor’s side at counter height where paperwork is signed and packages are handed over, while the receptionist’s screen and desktop stay out of view below it. The five here come from Offices to Go and CorpDesign, and the filter on this page splits them into straight desks and L shaped desks.

Offices to Go makes two L shaped reception desks: a 71 x 30 inch desk with a 71 inch wide transaction top and a reversible 42 x 24 inch return, sold with a locking box/box/file pedestal, or with a glass transaction top and both a box/box/file and a file/file pedestal. Each is ordered with the return on the left or the right, in five laminate finishes: American Dark Cherry, American Espresso, American Mahogany, Artisan Grey and Autumn Walnut.

CorpDesign makes three, all with an inner curve on the work surface so the receptionist sits into the desk: a 72 x 30 inch straight desk shell with a laminate transaction top, the same shell with a white glass transaction top, and a 72 x 36 inch L shaped desk with a 42 inch return, a storage overlay on each surface, built-in adjustable LED lighting on the main desk, and locking box/file/file and file/file pedestals. CorpDesign finishes are Blanc de Gris, Blanco, Espresso, Grigio, Miele and Noce.

Every reception desk is priced on the site and ships free: $1,080 and $1,635 for the Offices to Go desks, $850 to $2,485 for CorpDesign. Every desk usually ships within 2-3 business days and within 10 business days at the latest. Matching waiting room seating and reception tables are in their own categories.
